PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONHinged door suitable for cold rooms at a positive temperature (0 °C maximum), with CSI handle
APPLICATIONSSuitable for cold room used to preserve, transform and ripen foods at a positive temperature (0 °C maximum). The Hinged doors are mainly used in meat processing plants, cheese factories, warehouses to preserve fruit and vegetables, slaughters, trade centres, shops (delicatessens, fish shops, dairies, ice-cream parlours …), fish processing plants, ice-creams industry.
• Doors are made for cold room with temperature from 0°C;
• Standard door surface is made from a painted metal sheet, covered (0.5 mm) with polyester
• Door perimetrical profile made from aluminum;
• Doors are Injected with polyurethane foam insulation (43 kg/m3) which is 68 mm in thickness
• For additional price door surface material can be made from stainless steel or reinforced fiberglass
• Door frame is made from plastic profile which is thermo-welded (45°) up to a thickness of 60-80 mm
• Frame type B and E
• Doors are equipped with a lock that can open the door from inside in case of an emergency
• Additional option – STUV handle
• Door hinges can be regulated and are equipped with a function that allows to raise the door when opened
- These doors use thresholds of specific types: X1A, XB and X3
Type X1A
This type of threshold is used in places where it needed to install the door above floor level or where a threshold is already in place.
Type X1B
This type of threshold is used in places where it is desired to install the door above floor level, for example when the floor in a cold storage room is already prepared.
Type X3
This type of threshold means that a threshold is not required, that is, there is no threshold in the door.
