APPLICATIONSSuitable for cold room used to preserve, transform and ripen foods at a negative temperature (maximum -40°C). The Hinged doors are mainly used in meat processing plants, cheese factories, warehouses to preserve fruit and vegetables, slaughters, trade centres, shops (delicatessens, fish shops, dairies, ice-cream parlours …), fish processing plants, ice-creams industry.

Doors are made for cold rooms with temperature from 0°C to -40°C.
Standard door surface is made from a painted metal sheet, covered (0.5 mm) with polyester.
Door perimetrical profile made from aluminum.
Doors are injected with polyurethane foam insulation (43 kg/m³) which is 151 mm in thickness.
Equipped with a parametrical double sealing gasket with a heating cable (30 W/m).
For additional price, door surface material can be made from stainless steel or reinforced fiberglass.

Door frame is made from plastic profile which is thermo-welded (45°) up to a thickness of 120–200 mm, equipped with a heating cable (30 W/m).

Doors are equipped with a lock that can open the door from inside in case of an emergency.

Door hinges can be regulated and are equipped with a function that allows raising the door when opened.

These doors use thresholds of specific types: X1A, X1B, X4.
- Type X1A: Used in places where it is needed to install the door above floor level or where a threshold is already in place.
- Type X1B: Used in places where it is desired to install the door above floor level, for example, when the floor in a cold storage room is already prepared.
- Type X4: Specific threshold type for lower temperatures. The threshold is installed in the floor (flush with the floor surface), heated with an electric cable inside.
